- Yeast display and screening
- Phage display and screening
- Embryonic stem cell culture
- Stable cell line establishment
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. degree (Research Associate) or Ph.D. degree (Scientist) with 3+ years of experience in molecular biology, cell biology or closely related experience in antibody discovery
- Experience in yeast cell culture, embryonic stem cell culture, flow cytometry, and cell sorting
- Experience in stable cell line generation and screening
- Experience in cell surface display technologies
- Ability to maintain timely, detailed and accurate records of lab activities
