Services | Antigen design, peptide synthesis and conjugation

We provide service to antigen design, and to synthesize peptides as immunogens for antibody development. We suggest the peptides to be 10 to 15 amino acids in length with a single cysteine on either N or C terminus for conjugation. The peptides will be synthesized at >85% purity that is sufficient for animal immunization. Higher purity peptides (>95%) can also be synthesized at customers’ request. We also provide service to conjugate the peptides to various proteins including KLH, BSA and OVA.
