Examples of Abfectin transfection. (Left) suspension 293 cells were transfected with either Abfectin or a competing product to overexpress HER2 protein. Middle, suspension 293 cells were transfected with either Abfectin or a competing product to overexpress an antibody. (Right) suspension 293 cells were transfected with either Abfectin or a competing product to overexpress a Mw 300kd bispecific antibody. In each experiment 20μl cell culture medium was used for non-reduced SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
